It is the newest machine in the range, launched in 2024 and built for export markets where price matters as much as pedigree. Ring groups hold extraction temperature steady, and a digital shot timer comes fitted as standard rather than as an extra, so your staff can see brew time on every cup instead of guessing at it.
Four programmable volumetric doses keep the recipe consistent across a shift, with a manual button when someone wants to pull it by hand. Two stainless steel steam wands handle milk, and the hot water wand is programmable, so Americanos and teas come out the same every time.
The built-in volumetric pump holds pressure, the boiler self-levels, and a pressure switch manages temperature. It is the same engineering discipline Brugnetti has applied since 1947, at the point in the range where most cafés actually buy.
